What we repair on the bench.

FoamMaster milk system rebuild. Turo-turo counters on Mission Street pour milk drinks back to back through the day, and that fouls the FoamMaster valves faster than the clean cycle catches. I strip the milk path, replace worn valves and tubing, and reset the injector so foam holds through the rush.
Brewer unit rebuild. An A300 or A600 wedged into a tight Westlake or Serramonte counter still needs the brew group rebuilt eventually. I pull it apart, replace the seals, and free the piston so shots stop running short and grounds stop showing up in the cup.
Boiler descaling in a closed-in counter. A machine boxed into a narrow counter runs warmer than one with open air around it, and that speeds up scale on top of the local water hardness. I descale the heater circuit and check the flow meter so temperature and dose hold steady.
