Brewer unit rebuild. B Street and 25th Avenue restaurants run the brewer hard through back-to-back dinner seatings. I pull it apart, replace the seals, and free up the piston so extraction comes back to spec.
FoamMaster milk system rebuild. Heavy cappuccino and latte volume on both restaurant rows fouls the FoamMaster valves and lines fast. I strip the milk circuit, replace worn valves, and reset the injector for consistent foam.
Boiler descaling and flow meter service. Constant brewing through two busy strips builds scale in the boiler and clogs the flow meter over time. I descale the heater circuit and clean or replace the flow meter so shot volume stays accurate.
