What we check on site.

Milk valves sticking open or shut. A sticking valve lets milk through when it should not, or blocks it when a drink calls for it. We strip the milk path, clean or replace the valve, and run milk drinks until each one dispenses cleanly.
Lines clogged with dried milk and protein. Dried milk narrows the lines until the foam comes out thin or stops. We replace the clogged lines and fittings instead of trying to flush out buildup that has already hardened.
Foam texture gone flat. When foam goes flat, the cause can be an air leak at a worn seal, a clogged line or a valve that does not open fully. We test each at the machine, fix the one at fault, and check texture across several milk drinks.
