Franke commercial service.

We service Franke machines across Concord, from the Todos Santos Plaza restaurants downtown to the office breakrooms and convenience counters along Willow Pass Road and the Concord Avenue commercial strip. ZIP 94518, 94519, and 94520 are all on our regular route. From San Ramon it runs about 25 minutes up 680.

Concord puts a lot of volume through these machines. A QSR counter or a busy office A600 pulls hundreds of shots a day, and the water here is hard, so scale builds in the boiler and flow meter fast. When a Franke goes down the morning rush stops, so we keep the truck stocked and quote in writing before anything gets touched.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer unit rebuild. Worn seals and a sticking brewer on the A300 and A600 cause short shots and grounds in the cup. We pull the brewer, replace seals, and reset the unit so extraction is consistent again.
Descaling and boiler service. Concord water is hard and scale chokes the boiler and flow meter on a plumbed Franke. We descale, check the heater, and recommend a water filter so it does not come back in a month.
FoamMaster milk system repair. Cappuccino comes out flat or the milk line stalls when FoamMaster valves and lines foul. We strip the milk circuit, replace valves and tubing, and clean the system so steamed milk pours right.
Touchscreen and control board. A dead touchscreen or a board fault locks the whole machine on an A800 or SB1200. We test the control board and display, reseat connections, and replace the failed part.
