What we repair on the bench.

Grinder burr replacement. High-volume QSR and office machines wear the grinder burrs on an A800 or SB1200 until the grind drifts. We replace the burrs and recalibrate the dose for consistent shots.
FoamMaster milk system overhaul. Milk drinks dominate the volume and the FoamMaster valves and lines foul. We rebuild the milk circuit, replace valves and tubing, and reset the foam quality.
Descaling and boiler service. A plumbed Franke scales from Fremont's water and the boiler and flow meter clog. We descale, check the heater, and add filtration so the machine holds up under daily load.
Pump and flow meter repair. A weak pump or scaled flow meter throws shot volume off on a high-traffic A800. We test and replace the failed part to bring pressure and dosing back.
