Sunnyvale runs on caffeine. The break rooms in the Peery Park and Moffett Park office buildings off 94085 lean on Franke super-automatics to push volume all day, and the cafes along historic Murphy Avenue downtown (94086) run them hard from the morning rush on. When an A600 or A800 stops pulling shots, the line backs up fast.

We come out of San Ramon, roughly 35 to 45 minutes down 680 and 880 depending on the bridge. We cover the office parks in 94085, downtown and the Murphy Avenue strip in 94086, and the residential-cafe pockets toward 94087. Independent shop, not factory-authorized for Franke, so we work on the machine, not the brand badge.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

FoamMaster milk system. Sour milk, weak foam, or a system that locks out usually traces to FoamMaster valves and lines. We strip the milk path, replace worn valves, and flush the lines so the cappuccino comes back clean.
Brewer unit rebuild. On A600 and A800 machines a sticking or grinding brewer unit kills throughput. We pull it, replace the seals and worn parts, and reset it so it cycles right.
Boiler descaling and water filtration. These machines are plumbed, so Sunnyvale tap scale builds in the boiler and heater. We descale, check the flow meter, and set you up with a filter cartridge so it does not come straight back.
Grinder burrs and dose. Dull burrs throw off the grind and the dose drifts. We swap the burr set, recalibrate, and dial the grind back in for the bean you run.
