Franke in Saratoga

Franke commercial service.

Saratoga is smaller and more boutique, but the restaurants and cafes here run real commercial equipment. We service Franke machines in the Saratoga Village dining row along Big Basin Way, the shops around the Argonaut center, and office and tasting-room accounts in 95070. A300 and A600 units fit these lower-volume but quality-focused rooms well.

From San Ramon it is a longer pull, roughly 50 to 60 minutes south via I-680. The water in the foothills is hard, so descaling and a good inline filter keep these plumbed machines pouring clean. We carry the common Franke parts on the first visit and give a written quote before any work begins.

Common repairs we do

What we check on site.

Descaling and water quality. Foothill water scales the boiler and dulls flavor. We descale the heater, check the flow meter, and recommend filtration so the cup stays clean.
Brewer unit rebuild. Village restaurants care about extraction. We pull the brewer group on A300 and A600 units, replace worn seals, and dial the puck back to spec.
FoamMaster milk system service. Cafe and tasting-room accounts run cappuccinos and lattes. We rebuild FoamMaster valves and lines, clear milk buildup, and fix weak or inconsistent foam.
Grinder burr replacement. Worn burrs throw off dose and grind, and it shows in a quality-driven cup. We swap burrs and reset the grind so shots pour right.
