ADRIUM services Franke super-automatic machines all over Oakland, the cafes along Temescal and Piedmont Avenue, the roasters in the Jack London warehouse district, and the office break rooms downtown around 94612. A lot of the A300 and A600 units we see here run hard through a morning rush, then sit on hard tap water the rest of the day, which is what wears the brewer and scales the boiler.
We run out of San Ramon, about 35 to 40 minutes to most of Oakland depending on the 24 and the 580. We cover the 94602, 94609, and 94610 corridors regularly. If your Franke is throwing milk-system faults or the touchscreen has gone dark, we will get a written quote in front of you before anyone touches it.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- FoamMaster milk system rebuild. The FoamMaster valves and milk lines clog and sour on high-volume cafe machines. We strip the milk circuit, replace worn valves and tubing, and get the foam texture back where it belongs.
- Boiler descaling on plumbed lines. Oakland tap water scales the heater fast. We descale the boiler and flow path on the A600 and A800, and recommend a water filter on the inlet so it does not come back in three months.
- Brewer unit service. Worn brewer seals and a sticking piston show up as weak pucks and leaks under the group. We rebuild or swap the brewer unit and reset the brew geometry.
- Grinder burr replacement. Dull burrs on a Franke grinder throw off the dose and the shot times. We replace the burrs, recalibrate the grind, and check the dosing on the A300 or SB1200.
