What we close on the truck.

FoamMaster milk system rebuild. The FoamMaster valves and milk lines clog and sour on high-volume cafe machines. We strip the milk circuit, replace worn valves and tubing, and get the foam texture back where it belongs.
Boiler descaling on plumbed lines. Oakland tap water scales the heater fast. We descale the boiler and flow path on the A600 and A800, and recommend a water filter on the inlet so it does not come back in three months.
Brewer unit service. Worn brewer seals and a sticking piston show up as weak pucks and leaks under the group. We rebuild or swap the brewer unit and reset the brew geometry.
Grinder burr replacement. Dull burrs on a Franke grinder throw off the dose and the shot times. We replace the burrs, recalibrate the grind, and check the dosing on the A300 or SB1200.
