Yes, the whole Coastside is one territory for us: Half Moon Bay, Montara, Moss Beach, and El Granada. We keep a technician based on the Peninsula, in San Mateo County, so a trip over Highway 92 isn't the only way we get up here.

Same core Franke parts, but I check fittings and steam wand components for corrosion on every visit since the salt air ages them faster. Brewer seals, FoamMaster valves, and descaling supplies are on the van, and boards or wands with heavier damage we source from supply.

Half Moon Bay is the anchor for the whole Coastside, and we cover the Franke machines here along with Montara, Moss Beach, and El Granada up the coast. Main Street cafes and the restaurants around the harbor at Pillar Point pour a lot of espresso through weekend brunch and the tourist traffic that follows the harbor and the beaches.

Salt air off the coast is the thing that sets this territory apart. It gets into steam wands, boiler fittings, and any exposed steel faster than the machines I see inland, so corrosion shows up here that a San Ramon or East Bay unit almost never has to deal with.

We're ADRIUM Service Solutions, owner-operated out of San Ramon, and we keep a technician based on the Peninsula, in San Mateo County, so the Coastside gets local coverage instead of a long haul over Highway 92. Plumbed water-line work falls under CSLB #1136642, and we service Franke as an independent shop, with a written quote before any repair.

What we repair on the bench.

Salt air corrosion on steam wands and fittings. Coastal salt air pits steam wand tips and corrodes boiler fittings and exposed steel faster than inland use ever does. I replace the corroded fittings and wand components and flag anything else showing early pitting before it fails.
Brewer unit rebuild for weekend brunch volume. Harbor restaurants and Main Street cafes push most of their week's volume into weekend brunch, and that concentrated load wears the brew group seals and piston. I rebuild the brewer on the A300 or A600 and confirm extraction is back to spec.
FoamMaster milk system rebuild. Weekend cappuccino and latte demand along Main Street and the harbor fouls the FoamMaster valves faster than a weekday-only machine. I clean the milk path, replace worn valves and lines, and reset the injector so foam holds through the rush.
