Blackhawk is close to home for us, about 15 minutes from San Ramon up Camino Tassajara into 94506. That short drive makes it one of our fastest response areas. We service Franke independently, not as an authorized dealer, with a written quote before work. The plumbed water line here scales like anywhere in the valley, so descaling and filtration lead most diagnoses.

What we repair on the bench.
- Descaling and water filtration. Scale off the plumbed line at the Plaza or club drops temperature and pressure. We descale the boiler circuit and set an inline filter so an A600 holds its brew quality for members.
- FoamMaster milk system service. Cappuccinos and flat whites for a club dining room mean the FoamMaster has to be spotless. We rebuild valves, flush lines, and reset the injector for clean foam.
- Brewer unit and seal replacement. Weak shots or grounds in the cup trace to the brew group. We replace seals, clean the piston, and get extraction even again.
- Touchscreen and control board repair. A frozen panel takes the whole machine offline in front of guests. We test the touchscreen and control board, reseat connections, and source the part when it needs replacing.
