From San Ramon it is roughly a 45 to 55 minute drive south on I-680, longer at commute. South San Jose runs hard water, so descaling and water filtration drive most of what we fix. We bring the common Franke parts on the first trip and put a written quote in your hands before any work starts.

What we repair on the bench.
- Control board and touchscreen faults. High-cycle office machines throw board and screen errors. We diagnose the control side, replace boards or touchscreens, and clear fault codes on A-line units.
- Flow meter and pump repair. Volumes drifting or shots short-pouring usually trace to the flow meter or pump. We test both, replace what failed, and verify dosing across the menu.
- FoamMaster milk system rebuild. Restaurant and campus accounts run latte volume all day. We service FoamMaster valves and lines, clear milk buildup, and restore steady foam temperature and texture.
- Descaling for hard South Valley water. Almaden and Cambrian water scales boilers fast. We descale the heater, check flow, and set you up with filtration so service intervals stretch out.
