What we repair on the bench.

High-volume brewer unit overhaul. Office A800 and A600 machines doing hundreds of cups a day wear the brewer fast. We rebuild the unit, replace seals and worn parts, and reset dosing so quality holds through the morning rush.
FoamMaster valve and line service. Latte-heavy break rooms run the FoamMaster system constantly. We clean and rebuild the milk valves and lines, clear blockages, and dial in foam texture so the office menu works again.
Grinder burr replacement. Worn burrs throw off grind size and slow output. We swap the burrs, recalibrate the grind, and check dose consistency so shots pull right on a busy machine.
Descaling and water filtration setup. Scale builds in the boiler and flow meter on plumbed machines here. We descale the heater and lines and put a filtration plan in place to protect temperature stability and the pump.
