- Descaling and water filtration. A plumbed Franke scales up from the building water supply and the boiler and flow meter suffer. We descale the machine and set up filtration so the office is not calling back every few weeks.
- Touchscreen and control board. A frozen touchscreen takes a self-serve pantry machine offline fast. We diagnose the control board and display on the A800 and SB1200 and replace the failed component.
