Cupertino runs on office coffee. We service Franke machines around the Main Street Cupertino retail district, the cafes along Stevens Creek Boulevard, and the corporate breakrooms feeding the tech campuses through ZIP 95014. From San Ramon it is roughly 45 minutes south, traffic depending.

These are high-headcount buildings, so an A800 or SB1200 in a campus pantry runs all day and milk-based drinks are most of the volume. The FoamMaster system and the brewer take the brunt of it. We do scheduled maintenance and breakdown calls both, and every job gets a written quote first.

What we check on site.

FoamMaster milk system overhaul. Campus pantries pour mostly lattes and the FoamMaster valves and lines clog with milk residue. We rebuild the milk circuit, swap fouled valves and tubing, and dial the foam back in.
Grinder burr replacement. High daily shot counts wear the grinder burrs on an A600 or A800 until the grind drifts and shots run fast. We replace the burrs and recalibrate the dose.
Descaling and water quality. A plumbed Franke scales up from the building water supply and the boiler and flow meter suffer. We descale the machine and recommend filtration so the office is not calling back every few weeks.
Touchscreen and control board. A frozen touchscreen takes a self-serve pantry machine offline fast. We diagnose the control board and display on the A800 and SB1200 and replace the failed component.
