San Ramon is home for us, so Franke calls here get priority. We service the office break rooms across Bishop Ranch, the restaurants and cafes at City Center Bishop Ranch in 94583, and accounts out in the 94582 neighborhoods. A800 and A600 machines run heavy in the corporate campuses, and we know these units well.

Being local means no drive-time excuses. Even with softer local water, plumbed Franke machines still need regular descaling and filtration, and that is most of what we handle.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

FoamMaster milk system service. Bishop Ranch office cafes pour latte volume all morning. We rebuild FoamMaster valves and lines, clear milk buildup, and fix weak foam on A600 and A800 units.
Touchscreen and control board repair. High-traffic corporate machines throw screen and board faults. We diagnose the control side, swap touchscreens or boards, and clear codes on A-line units.
Descaling and filtration setup. Even on local water, scale builds in the boiler over time. We descale the heater, check the flow meter, and set you up with proper filtration.
Grinder burr and brewer service. Dose and grind drift as burrs wear, and brewers leak as seals age. We replace burrs, rebuild the brewer group, and reset extraction to spec.
