We come down from San Ramon, about 45 to 55 minutes depending on the 680 and the Dumbarton. We cover the 94301, 94303, and 94304 areas. When a high-traffic Franke goes down in an office or a cafe, we move quick and quote the job in writing before any work.

What we repair on the bench.
- High-volume brewer rebuild. Office A600 and A800 machines run thousands of cycles. We rebuild the brewer unit, replace worn seals and the piston, and reset the brew so the shots come back consistent.
- FoamMaster milk system overhaul. Heavy latte and cappuccino traffic wears the milk valves and lines. We replace the FoamMaster components and dial the foam back in for volume service.
- Pump and pressure faults. A weak pump shows up as low pressure and slow extraction. We test the pump and flow meter, replace what is failing, and confirm brew pressure on the A800.
- Boiler descaling with filtration. Plumbed campus machines scale the boiler over time. We descale and push for an inlet water filter so the heater and valves last on the next run.
