Franke in Livermore

Franke commercial service.

Livermore has two kinds of Franke jobs. Downtown along First Street and the wine-country tasting rooms, the machines sit in cafes and restaurants. Out by the Las Positas business parks and the I-580 retail strips, they run in offices, convenience stores, and quick-service kitchens where volume is high and downtime is expensive.

From San Ramon it is about 25 minutes out 580 to 94550 and 94551. That makes Livermore a routine run for us. We carry the common Franke wear parts and give a written quote before any work starts.

$150 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

High-volume brewer rebuild. QSR and convenience units on SB1200 and A-line machines see heavy cycles. Worn brewer seals and packed grounds kill consistency. We rebuild the brewer and reset brew pressure.
Boiler heater and descaling. Livermore's hard water scales the heater quickly on plumbed units. We descale the boiler, check the heating element, and confirm filtration so it stays clear longer.
Grinder burrs and dose. Steady throughput grinds burrs down and drifts the dose off. We replace burrs and recalibrate so shots hold time and weight through a busy shift.
Milk system and FoamMaster valves. On units with FoamMaster, milk valves and lines foul under volume. We clean the circuit and replace failed valves so milk drinks pour right.
