Los Altos has a real downtown. Main Street and State Street run cafes, bakeries, and restaurants, and the office buildings along El Camino Real keep Franke break-room machines busy. The downtown units pour all morning, so a brewer or milk fault there shows up fast at the counter.

From San Ramon it is about 45 minutes down 680 and 280 to 94022 and 94024.

Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brewer rebuild for cafe volume. Downtown cafes cycle the brewer hard all morning. Worn seals and packed grounds weaken shots. We rebuild the brewer unit and reset brew pressure on A-line machines.
FoamMaster milk circuit. Cappuccino and latte volume loads the FoamMaster. We clean the milk circuit, replace cracked lines and worn valves, and tune the foam back to spec.
Grinder burr and dose calibration. Heavy throughput flattens burrs and drifts the dose. We replace burrs and recalibrate grind so extraction stays consistent through the rush.
Boiler descaling and filtration. Plumbed machines scale on local water and lose heat and flow. We descale the boiler and check or replace the inlet filter to slow the next buildup.
