A downtown restaurant seating a theatre crowd before a show packs its espresso volume into a couple of hours, and the brewer seals and piston wear from that concentrated push. I rebuild the brew group and check extraction pressure so shots hold up through the rush.
Boiler descaling and flow meter check. An office break room machine running steady weekday volume scales the boiler and can throw off the flow meter over time, so drink volume starts drifting. I descale the heater circuit and test the flow meter, replacing it if it's reading wrong.
FoamMaster milk system rebuild. Cappuccino demand from both the dinner crowd and the weekday office traffic fouls the FoamMaster faster than a light-use machine. I strip and clean the milk path and replace worn valves so foam texture stays consistent.
