The offices around Ygnacio Valley Road and the shops in the Broadway Plaza and downtown blocks (94596) run Miele CM and CVA built-in units, and a few light cafes off North Main lean on them too. We also cover 94595 and 94597.
From San Ramon it is a short hop, about 20 minutes up 680, so this is close to home base for us. We stock the common Miele service parts, which means most break-room and cafe calls involve parts we usually stock.

- Brew unit and seals. The brew unit on CM 5/6/7 machines wears its gaskets and starts to leak or bind. We service the unit, replace the seals, and check the drive mechanism.
- CVA built-in service. The CVA built-in units sit flush in executive break rooms and need the same brew and water-path care. We pull and service them without tearing up the cabinetry.
- Descaling and thermoblock. Scale builds in the thermoblock and slows heat-up. We descale the water path and set up filtration so the buildup does not return on a plumbed line.
- Control electronics and valves. Sticking valves and flaky control boards cause error codes and dead buttons. We diagnose the electronics, clear or replace failed valves, and get the machine reading right.
