We cover Half Moon Bay as the anchor for the whole Coastside, including Montara, Moss Beach, and El Granada, so you don't need a separate call for a machine tucked into one of those smaller towns.
We're independent of Miele, not a factory shop, and our technician works the Peninsula in San Mateo County, so a Highway 1 drive out to the coast doesn't add the delay people expect from a San Ramon company.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- Corrosion on steam valves and fittings. I see salt air along the coast get into the steam valve and the metal fittings faster than it would inland, and things start sticking or seizing that would otherwise last years. We clean the corrosion off, service the valve, and check the fittings so steam and hot water keep flowing.
- Descaling and thermoblock. Harbor restaurant machines run through a full breakfast and lunch crowd, and the thermoblock scales up on the hard water same as anywhere else on the Peninsula. We descale the flow path and get the heat-up time back to normal.
- Brew unit overhaul. A Main Street cafe pulling shots through the weekend tourist crowd wears the brew unit piston and gaskets down quicker than a quiet office ever would. We pull the unit, reseal it, and confirm it cycles clean through a busy service.
