What we close on the truck.

Brew unit reseal. The brew unit takes the daily cycling hardest, and the gaskets go first, leaking grounds and water past the puck. We pull the unit, clean it, and reseal it so it locks and ejects clean again.
Conical burr wear. A busy office grinder wears its conical burrs down and the shot goes thin or sour no matter how the dose is set. We swap the burrs and reset grind and dose to bring the pour back.
