What we close on the truck.

Brew unit service. On the CM 5/6/7 line the brew unit is the part that fails first under steady use. We service or replace it and reseal so it stops leaking into the tray.
Descaling and water filtration. Hard water is the main killer on a plumbed machine. We descale the thermoblock and water path and set up an inline filter so scale stops coming back every few weeks.
Grinder burrs and dose. Worn conical burrs throw off the grind and the extraction. We replace the burrs and recalibrate the dose so the shots are even again.
Valves and milk system. Clogged valves and milk pipework cause weak flow and bad froth. We pull the milk path, clear it, and check the valves for leaks and sticking.
