Those are office and light-cafe duty cycles, which is exactly where Miele belongs.
We run out of San Ramon, about 35 to 40 minutes to most of Oakland depending on the bridge approach and the 24.

What we repair on the bench.
- Brew unit and gaskets. The brew group is the heart of a CM 5/6/7. We pull it, clean the cycle path, and replace worn seals and gaskets so it stops leaking grounds into the drip tray and locks pressure again.
- Conical grinder burrs. Oakland offices grind all day, and the conical burrs dull and clog over time. We swap worn burrs, clear the chute, and recalibrate grind so shots pull right instead of running watery.
- Descaling and thermoblock. These machines run on a plumbed line, and East Bay water lays down scale fast. We do a full descale, flush the thermoblock, and check brew temperature so heating stays steady.
- Milk pipework and valves. Milk lines and the valves behind them clog and sour. We strip the pipework, clear the dispense valves, and test the froth path so cappuccinos come out clean.
