Our San Leandro work clusters around the Downtown core near East 14th Street in 94577 and the office and light-industrial pockets along Marina Boulevard and the San Leandro Tech Campus. These are mostly CM 6 and CM 7 machines in break rooms and a couple of small cafes, run hard by office crews who never descale on schedule.
San Leandro is about 30 minutes from San Ramon up I-580, one of our shorter East Bay runs. We cover 94577, 94578, and 94579. We are an independent Miele repair shop, not a dealer, so you get a written quote up front and pay for the fix, not for a logo on the invoice.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- Descale and valve flush. Skipped descaling leaves scale in the thermoblock and sticky valves. We run a full descale, flush the valves, and recommend filtration to slow the buildup.
- Brew unit and seals. A leaking or jammed brew group is the usual office complaint. We clean the unit, replace the gaskets, and stop the grounds from ending up in the tray.
- Milk pipework cleaning. Dried milk blocks the frothing lines and the foam goes flat. We strip and clear the pipework and valves so it steams properly again.
- Grinder and dose reset. Worn burrs grind inconsistent and the coffee tastes off. We replace the conical burrs and dial the grind back to spec.
