- Brew unit and gasket service. The brew unit on the CM 5, 6, and 7 series gets sticky and leaks past worn gaskets. We pull it, clean it, reseal it, and check the drive so pucks eject clean.

- Milk pipework cleaning. Milk lines and valves clog on machines that pour lattes all day. We strip and clean the pipework so the foam comes back and the milk path stays sanitary.
