Pinole's housing is mostly single-family, much of it from the postwar decades, with larger three-bedroom homes up in Pinole Valley. In a full household the Miele on the counter makes a lot of milk drinks: lattes before school, cappuccinos after dinner. That load lands on the milk pipework and its valves, which clog with dried milk fat and lose their froth long before the rest of the machine wears out.

We work on the CM 5, CM 6 and CM 7 series and CVA built-in units as an independent shop. We collect the machine, diagnose it on our bench, and bring it home after the repair you approved in a written quote. What we repair on the bench.

Milk pipework clogged with dried milk. Milk left in the lines dries into a film that narrows the tubing. Foam turns thin, then the milk barely moves. We take the pipework apart, clean every section, replace tubing that stays stained and test with fresh milk.
Milk valve that drips or will not open. A valve with dried milk in its seat can stick shut or keep dripping after the drink is done. We strip and clean it, replace the seal, and swap the whole valve if its body is worn.
Weak froth even with a clean milk path. When the pipework is clear and the foam is still poor, the trouble often sits upstream in the thermoblock or a valve partly blocked by scale. We descale that circuit, check the temperature and replace worn seals on the way back together.
