What we repair on the bench.
- Brew unit and gaskets. Lightly used machines still gum up at the brew unit over time. We clean the piston, swap worn gaskets, and reseat the unit so it stops leaking past the puck.
- Descaling and thermoblock. Low daily use plus standing water lets scale settle in the thermoblock. We descale the full flow path and check the inline filter so the boiler heats clean.
- Milk pipework. Restaurant and home-office Miele units that sit between rushes get milk buildup in the lines. We strip and clear the milk pipework and clear froth faults at the source.
- Valves and flow. Sticking valves give weak pressure and short pours. We clear and reseat the valves, check flow, and confirm the machine pulls a full shot again.
