Santa Clara keeps us busy in the office parks off Great America Parkway and around the Mission College and Bowers area in 95054 and 95051. These are CM 6 and CM 7 machines and CVA built-ins in tech break rooms, run nonstop by big floors of staff, on hard South Bay water that scales the thermoblock quickly.

From San Ramon it is about 45 minutes south on I-680. We cover 95050, 95051, and 95054. We are an independent Miele repair shop, not factory-authorized, so every job comes with a written quote up front and a fair price on parts and labor.

$175 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and filtration. Hard Santa Clara water scales the thermoblock and valves on high-use machines. We descale, flush, and fit filtration so a busy campus break room is not down every quarter.
Brew unit and gaskets. Constant cycling wears the brew-group seals and they start leaking grounds. We clean the unit, replace the gaskets, and reseal it.
Grinder burr service. High volume dulls the conical burrs and the espresso runs weak. We replace the burrs and recalibrate the dose.
Milk system and valves. Tech-floor demand clogs the milk pipework with dried dairy. We clear the lines and valves and get the foam back to spec.
