San Jose runs the gamut for us, from Willow Glen restaurants near Lincoln Avenue in 95125 to the executive break rooms in the Almaden and Cambrian office parks around 95120 and 95124. Plenty of CM 5 and CM 6 units and a few CVA built-ins in nicer offices, all on hard South Bay water that drives the scale problems we see most.
From San Ramon it is roughly 45 minutes south on I-680, more in the afternoon crush. We cover 95120, 95124, and 95125. We service Miele as an independent shop, not a factory-authorized dealer, and every job starts with a written quote so you know the number before we open the machine.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- Descaling and water filtration. South Bay water is hard and scale builds in the thermoblock and valves. We descale, flush, and set you up with filtration so a busy Willow Glen kitchen is not calling us back every quarter.
- Brew unit service. The brew group jams or leaks once the gaskets stiffen. We pull it, clean the coffee oils, and reseal so the shots pour clean again.
- Grinder burr replacement. Dull conical burrs throw off the dose and the espresso runs thin. We replace the burrs and recalibrate the grind for a proper shot.
- Control electronics. Error codes, dead displays, and dropped functions usually trace to the control board or a sensor. We diagnose it and repair or source the board rather than guessing.
