- Conical grinder burr replacement. Heavy daily grinding dulls the conical burrs and chokes the dose. We swap the burrs and recalibrate so shots stay consistent through a busy morning.
- Thermoblock descale and filtration. Peninsula water scales the thermoblock quick at these volumes. We descale, check flow and heat, and fit proper line filtration to slow it down.
- Milk pipework and valve overhaul. Latte-heavy cafes clog the milk path and stick the valves. We strip the pipework, replace bad valves, and dial in the froth and temperature.
