The office buildings along McCarthy Ranch and the break rooms in the warehouses and campuses around 95035 run plenty of CM 6 and CM 7 machines, plus a few small cafes near the mall. These machines push real volume for light-commercial units, and scale and grinder wear catch up with them.

We come from San Ramon, about 40 minutes down I-680 to Milpitas. We work on Miele as an independent shop, not a factory-authorized service, and you get a written quote before we open the machine.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Thermoblock descale on hard-water machines. Milpitas water scales fast and the thermoblock loses heat and flow. We descale, check the heater, and add line filtration so an office machine does not slow to a crawl again.
Conical burr grinder rebuild. Tech-park machines grind all day and the conical burrs go dull. We replace the burrs and reset the grind so doses are consistent and shots pull clean.
Brew unit and seal replacement. Worn brew-group seals on a CM 6 or CM 7 cause leaks and brew faults. We rebuild the unit with new gaskets and clear packed grounds.
Valve and water-line repair. Plumbed machines fail at the inlet valves and fittings. We repair the valves and water line under our CSLB license so it stops dripping behind the counter.
