What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and water filtration. Moraga water leaves scale in the thermoblock and valves even at low volume. We descale, flush the lines, and fit filtration so the machine holds up between services.
Brew unit gasket service. Even light-duty CM 6 machines wear brew-group gaskets over time. We replace the seals and clear grounds so it stops leaking and dripping weak shots.
CVA built-in control electronics. Office and break-room CVA units throw board and sensor faults. We diagnose the electronics, reseat or swap the board, and clear the error.
Conical burr and grind calibration. Dull conical burrs throw off the dose. We replace the burrs and recalibrate so the grind matches the beans and the shots pull right.
