What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and thermoblock. Plumbed to city water, these scale up and start heating unevenly. We descale, flush the thermoblock, and check brew temperature so shots come out hot and consistent.
Brew unit and gaskets. Office machines cycle a lot, and the brew group seals give out. We pull it, clean the path, and fit new gaskets so it stops leaking grounds and holds pressure.
Valves and milk pipework. Dispense and three-way valves stick, and milk lines clog and sour. We clear and replace the pipework, service the valves, and test the froth path end to end.
Conical grinder burrs. Daily office grinding dulls the burrs and jams the chute on oily beans. We replace worn burrs and recalibrate grind so dosing and shot quality come back.
