Lower volume than a downtown cafe, so these are the right duty cycle for a Miele, and the failures we see are scale and worn seals more than burnout.
From San Ramon it is about 50 minutes south, the longer end of our service area. We cover 95070. We service Miele as an independent shop, not a dealer, so you get a written quote before any work and you pay for the repair, not for the name on the door.

What we repair on the bench.
- Descale and thermoblock service. Even light-use Village machines scale up if descaling gets skipped. We descale, flush the valves, and set up filtration to keep the heat-up quick.
- Brew unit and seals. Hardened gaskets leak and the brew group sticks. We clean the unit, reseal it, and get the pour back to clean.
- Conical grinder burrs. Worn burrs grind uneven and the shot quality slips. We replace the burrs and reset the grind so the espresso pours right.
- Control electronics. Error codes and display faults on CVA units usually trace to the board or a sensor. We diagnose and repair or source the part.
