What we close on the truck.
- Undercounter condensers fouled under espresso bars. Milk-steam residue plus dust makes a felt-like mat on the condenser coil, head pressure climbs, and the fan motor bearings cook. The unit loses ground during the afternoon rush. We deep-clean the coil, replace the fan motor when bearings are gone, and the cabinet recovers its pull-down speed.
- Door gaskets failing on constant-cycle cafe units. A TUC at a cafe counter opens with every order, and the gasket flattens within a couple of years. The compressor short-cycles and frost creeps over the evaporator. OEM True gaskets are a fast swap and we clean the channel so the seal holds.
- Stuck defrost timers icing the coil. When the timer seizes, frost builds until airflow stops, and the first thing staff notice is warm milk. We replace the timer, thaw and inspect the coil, and clear the drain so the melt does not pool in the pan and refreeze.
