- Door gaskets worn out by nonstop service cycles. A TUC under a boba counter gets opened every order. Once the gasket loses compression the unit short-cycles and the compressor runs hot all shift. OEM True gaskets are a quick swap, and we clean the channel so the new seal actually holds.
- Condenser fan motor failure in tight back-of-house spaces. Cupertino tenant kitchens are small and warm, and fan motor bearings wear early breathing hot air. The tell is a unit that keeps up in the morning and loses ground by afternoon. We replace the motor and clean the condenser in the same visit.
