What we close on the truck.

  • Condenser fan motors dying in hot, greasy kitchen air. Flour dust and aerosolized grease pack the condenser coil, the fan motor runs hot, and the bearings fail early. On a T-49 you hear it as a rattle that gets worse through the day. We swap the motor, deep-clean the coil, and set a realistic cleaning interval for your kitchen.
  • Sandwich prep table gaskets and lid seals worn through. TSSU prep units on a busy lunch line lose their gaskets fast, and the rail pans stop holding 41 degrees, which is a health inspection problem. We replace door gaskets and check the rail cover seals so the whole unit passes temperature checks again.
  • Iced evaporator from a stuck defrost timer. The classic call: unit running nonstop, cabinet warm, coil frozen solid behind the panel. The defrost timer has stuck in cool mode. We replace it, thaw the coil, verify drain flow, and the box is back at temperature the same day since the part is stocked.
