  • Heat-stressed condenser fan motors failing in summer. Valley heat makes fan motors run at the top of their temperature rating for months, and worn bearings finish them off in July. A unit that keeps up at 9 am and loses temperature by 4 pm is the classic sign. We replace the motor and clean the coil so the new one is not fighting the same restriction.
  • Tasting room merchandiser gaskets dried out by heat. Glass-door units in tasting rooms and event spaces see wide temperature swings, and gaskets harden and shrink until the seal leaks. The compressor short-cycles and the glass sweats during events. Fresh OEM gaskets and a door alignment fix both.
  • Defrost timer failure icing evaporator coils. A stuck timer lets frost build until the coil chokes, and in a busy First Street kitchen that means warm product mid-service. We stock timers, so the repair is thaw, replace, verify drainage, and confirm a full defrost cycle before we leave.
