- Premature fan motor failure in tight new build-outs. Undercounters boxed into new tenant improvements without airflow cook their own condenser fan motors. We replace the motor and measure intake and discharge temperatures to prove whether the enclosure needs venting, so you fix the cause, not just the symptom.
- Prep table gaskets and rail temperatures out of spec. TSSU sandwich units in fast-casual lines take a beating, and worn gaskets let rail temperatures drift above 41 degrees. That fails inspections. We replace gaskets, verify rail and cabinet temps, and leave you documentation for the health file.
- Iced coils from failed defrost timers. A seized timer stops the defrost cycle and the evaporator freezes into a block, so the unit runs constantly and cools nothing. Timer replacement, coil thaw, and a drain check bring the cabinet back the same day since parts are stocked.

How fast can you get to Dublin from San Ramon?
