What we close on the truck.

Top-burner ignition fault. Constant sparking on every burner, or one burner that clicks and stays dark. I start at the spark electrode, then check the reignition module, step-down transformer, and burner switch.
Griddle or grill module won't light. The GD griddle plate or GL grill module either has a weak igniter or a thermal safety valve sticking shut. I test igniter current before pulling the valve apart.
Oven glow-bar igniter fails to open the valve. The glow bar heats but can't draw the amperage the safety valve needs, so the oven never catches. I replace the glow bar and check the convection fan while the back panel is off.
