What we repair on the bench.

TurboSteam wand and valve. The auto steam wand fails or the valve sticks and your milk drinks suffer. We rebuild the TurboSteam valve and clear the wand so steam pressure holds through a busy morning.
Boiler descaling and heating element. Sunnyvale tap water leaves scale in the boiler, which kills the heating element and throws temperature off. We descale, test the element, and check your water filtration so it does not come back.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Leaking group gaskets and tired solenoids on the M100 or M26 cause weak shots and water under the machine. We swap gaskets and solenoids and reset the group.
Control board and touch display. Dead touch display or a glitchy control board takes the whole machine offline. We diagnose the board, reflash or replace, and get the programming back.
