From San Ramon we're about 30 to 35 minutes south on 680 to Fremont, longer if we're heading to Niles. A stalled M200 or M26 in a packed Fremont cafe is lost sales, so we route those efficiently and move.

TurboSteam wand and valve. Auto steam that won't froth or keeps dripping needs the TurboSteam valve rebuilt and the tip cleared. We restore steam pressure so baristas get clean milk again.
Pump and motor service. Brew pressure sagging under a busy line points to the pump or motor. We test output and rebuild or replace the pump so the machine pulls steady all day.
Level probe and boiler control. Overfilling or a pump running dry usually means a scaled level probe. We clean or replace the probe and confirm the boiler fills and holds the right level.
