Pump and motor. An M100 under heavy load can drop brew pressure when the pump or motor wears. We set pressure and replace the failing part.
TurboSteam valve and wand. Restaurant bars lean on TurboSteam for steady milk. When it drifts off temp we rebuild the valve and wand so it auto-textures right.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Leaks and weak extraction on the M39 come from tired solenoids and group gaskets. We swap them and reset the flow.
