A lot of those bars are pulling shots all day on La Cimbali equipment, and Oakland tap water carries enough hardness to scale a boiler fast.

We are in San Ramon, about 30 to 40 minutes out on the 24 through the Caldecott depending on traffic. When an M100 or M200 goes down mid-shift, we move it up the schedule because a dark machine on a Temescal morning rush is lost revenue every minute.

What we repair on the bench.

Boiler descale and heating element. Oakland water builds scale on the heating element and boiler walls. We descale, test the element, and check whether your water filtration is actually keeping up or letting hardness through.
TurboSteam wand and valve. Milk-heavy cafes wear the TurboSteam auto wand and its valve. We rebuild the valve, clear the steam path, and get auto texturing back to spec.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Group leaks and weak flow on the M26 and M39 usually trace to a tired solenoid or group gasket. We swap gaskets and the solenoid kit and re-pressure the group.
Control board and touch display. Dead displays and unresponsive programming on the M100 touch panel get diagnosed at the board level. We isolate the board versus the harness before quoting parts.
