What we repair on the bench.

Boiler descaling and heating element. Peninsula water lays scale on the boiler and element fast. We descale, check the element draw, and put a water filter on the line so it does not come right back.
TurboSteam wand and valve. TurboSteam quits auto-texturing when the valve gums up or the temp probe drifts. We rebuild the wand and valve so milk comes out right for the morning rush.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Dripping group or weak extraction on an M26 or M39 usually means a tired solenoid or group gasket. We swap both and reset the flow.
Level probe and pump. A scaled level probe miscounts the boiler and the pump runs dry or cycles. We clean or replace the probe and check pump pressure.
