Danville keeps its coffee scene tight around downtown Hartz Avenue and the Railroad Avenue shops in 94526, plus the newer spots out toward Blackhawk in 94506. These are smaller, quality-driven cafes and restaurants where a La Cimbali is the centerpiece, not a backup.

What we repair on the bench.

Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. A shot that runs slow or leaks at the head means worn group seals or a tired solenoid. We rebuild the group and reset the valves so each pull is clean and consistent.
TurboSteam wand and valve. Danville bistros lean on milk drinks, so a weak TurboSteam wand hurts. We rebuild the valve and clear the tip so steam pressure and froth come back to spec.
Level probe and boiler control. A machine that overfills or runs the pump dry often has a scaled level probe. We clean or replace the probe and verify the boiler fills and holds correctly.
Boiler descaling and heating element. Scale builds on the boiler and element over time. We descale, test the element, and check your filter so heat recovery stays solid through a busy weekend.
