What we repair on the bench.

Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Worn group gaskets and a sticking solenoid show up as a weak or dribbling shot. We rebuild the group on M-series machines and reseat the valves so each head pulls clean again.
TurboSteam wand and valve. When auto steam stops frothing right or the wand drips, the issue is usually the TurboSteam valve or a scaled tip. We strip and rebuild it so milk texture comes back.
Boiler descaling and heating element. Concord water leaves scale on the boiler and element. We descale the boiler, test the element, and check your inline filter so heat recovery holds between shots.
Control board and touch display. Dead buttons or a frozen touch display on an M100 usually trace to the control board or a loose harness. We diagnose the board before swapping parts and quote either way.
