Touch display dark or frozen. A display that stays dark or locks mid-menu may be the panel, the board behind it, or a loose connector between them. We check power at each stage, reseat or replace the connector first, then test the board and the display on their own.
Rotary pump noisy or losing pressure. A pump that whines, rattles, or lets pressure swing when two groups run together is wearing, or its motor coupling is. We put a gauge on the brew circuit, test flow under load, and replace the pump head or the motor, whichever has failed.
Shots running fast on one group. When one group pours quicker than the others with the same dose and grind, a worn gasket or a sticking solenoid is letting water through unevenly. We rebuild the group, check the solenoid, and match its flow to the rest.
