Boiler descaling on a working schedule. When there's no spare machine to swap in, we descale the boiler and test the element on a schedule built around your service hours instead of shutting the counter down mid-day.
TurboSteam wand rebuild. A weak or sputtering steam wand on a busy counter usually means the TurboSteam valve seat has worn out. We rebuild the valve and check the probe so milk drinks come back to normal without replacing the whole assembly.
