What we repair on the bench.

Boiler descaling and heating element. Richmond water is hard, so scale chokes the boiler and burns out elements. We descale the boiler and water path and replace the element if it has failed.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Leaking or stuck group solenoids and worn gaskets on the M26 and M39 cause pressure loss and drips. We rebuild the group with the correct seals.
TurboSteam wand and valve. When auto steam stops reading temperature or the wand drips, the TurboSteam valve and probe need service. We rebuild or replace the valve assembly.
Water filtration and level probe. A scaled level probe misreads and short-cycles the boiler. We clean or replace the probe and check your filtration so the same scale problem does not return.
